Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 5pm local time or on weekends will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

All orders qualify for free worldwide shipping. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 5pm (Monday to Friday) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 5pm or on weekends are processed the following business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
You can also track your order at any time via our order tracking page on the website.
Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery windows, external factors including customs inspections, carrier delays, or extreme weather may occasionally cause delays beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 5 business days before contacting us.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and any safe locations around your property first. Oxyfuel is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. Upon request, we will provide full delivery confirmation and tracking details to assist you in following up with the carrier.
If your package has not arrived 10 business days after the end of the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@oxyfuel.com and we will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@oxyfuel.com with clear photographic evidence of the damage. Once approved, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 4 to 7 business days.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on supplement purchases unless the product arrives damaged or defective as outlined above.
