Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@shopoxyfuel.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on where to send your package. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately at support@shopoxyfuel.com if your product arrived damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right, including covering return shipping if needed.

Opened or used products

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used bottles. If you've opened your bottle and are not satisfied, please contact us, we want to hear from you and will do our best to find a solution.

Subscriptions

You can manage, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account. Cancellations made before your next renewal date will not be charged. If you've already been charged for an upcoming order, contact us at support@shopoxyfuel.com and we'll help you sort it out.

Sale items and gift cards

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
