Shipping policy

At Oxyfuel, we work hard to process and ship orders as quickly and reliably as possible.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. During promotions, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

All orders qualify for free worldwide shipping. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order ships, not the date the order is placed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your delivery in real time. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order ships.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet every estimated delivery window, outside factors such as customs inspections, carrier delays, or extreme weather may occasionally cause delays beyond our control. Oxyfuel is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 5 business days before contacting us.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders follow the same processing and shipping timelines as one-time purchases. You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional processing time and shipping fees.
